Located in a former potato barn, our tasting room and brewhouse are reminiscent of Long Island's farming past. We are situated on the east end of Long Island next to Waterdrinker Family Farm in Manorville and now in Riverhead!
As 5th generation farmers 'Barn & Raised' in the agriculture world, our goal is to create a true farm brewery experience. The brewery sits on 80+ acres, which includes our relocated hop field. We are a place where family and friends can come together and enjoy the different aspects of the farm. A one-of-a-kind brewery atmosphere is provided by Waterdrinker with their seasonal festivals, farm animals, incredible flower fields and endless activities for children.

Both of our locations are on the same properties as Waterdrinker Family Farm & Garden. Our beer is brewed in Manorville, where our tasting room is also located. In Riverhead, you can visit our Beer Garden, an outdoor space located on the rolling hills of Waterdrinker North Fork.
We are family & dog friendly. All seating is first-come, first-served. We do not take reservations or hold private events. We have seating available indoors and outdoors in Manorville and outdoors in Riverhead.
Parking is available at Waterdrinker, please do NOT park on Wading River Road or any side streets. Please respect our neighbors and our partners at Waterdrinker Farm. We love and take pride in our community and hope you do too!

THE NORTH FORK?
Waterdrinker opened a new farm in Riverhead and we came along for the exciting ride! We love the rolling hills that this new farm provides for our guests. We are currently closed for the winter but we are excited to re-open in the spring!
The new farm has millions of reasons to visit and our Award Winning Beers are just a few of those reasons! Visit us this weekend for a relaxing getaway with the family. This new farm is the Gateway to the North Fork and we can't wait to see you there!

Wonderful fresh fruit notes like green mango and pears with fine hints of lime and kiwi aromas fill the glass. The mouth-feel is elegant and mineral-driven with solid ripe fruit characters. There is a beautiful touch of acidity along the long clean and classic finish.
SETTE RED BLEND
MACARI VINEYARDS
A blend of Bordeaux varieties - 50% Merlot, 50% Cabernet Franc. Aged primarily in neutral French oak. Tobacco, cherry and plum with moderate, fine-grained tannins.
SUMMER IN A BOTTLE - ROSÉ

Summer in a Bottle Côtes de Provence is elegant, fresh and balanced. This wine perfectly blends the lively Provence grapes including, Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Vermentino, with the vibrant style of Summer in a Bottle Long Island.

WOLFFER ESTATE VINEYARD 6.9%
Fantastic fresh floral notes fill the glass; the Crispin aromas especially stand out with fine hints of yeast. The mouth-feel is pure and clean, with a nice balance of sweet fruit, elegant acidity and fine tannins that provide a long and pleasant finish.
