LIFB Four Course Beer Pairing Dinner
We are having our first FOUR COURSE BEER PAIRING DINNER on December 9th at 6pm!! It will be led by Head Chef Jay from Rollin Ghost and LIFB Head Brewer Brian. The tickets are $75 per person, which includes a curated four course dinner paired with four LIFB beers along with live music.

Crispy Long Island duck strips, rice crispy coating, pomegranate reduction, micro green.

2nd Course - You're My Dancing Queen Pot Pie
LIFB beer can chicken, mirepoix, english pea, bechamel, jalapeno corn bread crust.

3rd Course - Jack Ma Brisket
Asian smoked brisket, truck-made biscuit, nori butter, kimchi slaw, sake baked beans.
Beer Pairing - WINTER WARMER - STRONG WINTER ALE 8.5%
4th Course - The King Wizard
Elvis style waffles, peanut butter, jelly, carmelized banana, apple & pecan smoked bacon.
Beer Pairing - S'MORES STOUT - GRAHAM, MARSHMALLOW & CHOCOLATE INFUSED STOUT 7.5%
