LIFB Four Course Beer Pairing Dinner
We are having a FOUR COURSE BEER PAIRING DINNER on January 27th at 6pm!! It will be led by Head Chef Jay from Rollin Ghost and LIFB Head Brewer Brian. The tickets are $80 per person, which includes a curated four course dinner paired with four LIFB beers along with live music.

1st Course - CHINATOWN
Smoked Chinese pork butt, shredded cabbage and local carrots, wrapped in egg-roll served with ponzu sauce.

2nd Course - A TASTE OF ITALY
Peperoni, ricotta, fresh basil stuffed in truck made ravioli and finished with Tommy sauce.
Beer Pairing - VIENNA LAGER - 5.4%
3rd Course - UPPER WEST-SIDE
12 hour smoked pastrami, picked spiced red cabbage, swiss cheese and rye potato croquettes, candied cranberries reductions, micro greens.

4th Course - BROOKLYN'S FINEST
Chef Tommy brings you Brooklyn's best creation, chocolate blackout cake. Fluffy, delicate, melts in your mouth.
