LIFB Four Course Beer Pairing Dinner 12/15
We are having a FOUR COURSE BEER PAIRING DINNER on December 15th at 6pm with Rollin Ghost. The tickets are $80 per person, which includes a curated four course dinner paired with four LIFB beers along with live music.

Enjoy live music during dinner.
1st Course - Jumbo Sea Scallop
Jumbo dry packed scallop served with shaved brussel sprout leaves, thick cut bacon, carmelized apples and butternut squash puree.
Beer Pairing - Brute IPA
2nd Course - Winter Greens
Seasonal winter greens tossed with candied pecans, dried cherries, sliced apples and domestic blue cheese. Served with a cinnamon honey vinaigrette.
Beer Pairing - Helles Lager
3rd Course - Braised Short Rib
Red wine and tomato braised short ribs. Served over a root vegetable puree, grilled broccolini spears finished with natural reduction sauce.
Beer Pairing - Old Fashioned Ale
4th Course - Salted Caramel Panna Cotta
Layers of salted caramel panna cotta, chocolate ganache, whipped cream, salted caramel popcorn and chocolate shavings.
